Whistler Trip 2001

Date: February 24 to March 4, 2001
Location: Southwestern Coast of Canada
Those Involved: Jody, Ryan, Cole, Emily, Amy, Martin, Lillian, John, Penny, Jamie, Tara and Rob
Duration/Length: 1 night in Vancouver, 5 in Whistler, 2 at Diamond Head Hut (Squamish area)
Weather: Variable, sunny starting out the week, blowing with fresh snow on thursday (whistler), 45cm of fresh snow at the hut.
Activities: Resort skiing, Backcountry skiing.

A quick tour of the coast mountains resulting in: two binding remounts, a new pair of skis, breakfast on Blackcomb, a fantastic hut tub, a hungry martin, a brit on a spiritual journey, 3 mounties and a bruised foot (or broken, depends on who you talk to).
