The following are pictures mostly from the basement where I've been holed up for the best month or so. Check 'em out.

The New Recroom/Bedroom


Looking into the bathroom door. New wall framed against concrete on left.

The resulting mess.
Sump in foreground will collect from sink (top-right), toilet (middle), and shower (lower-middle).
A wall will separate sump from bathroom.

Piping


Replace threaded steel 1/2" pipe with 3/4" copper in entire basement.
Pictures do not (of course) capture the magnitude of this job....

 

Asbestos Removal


Asbestos being removed from vent boots via glove bag.
Analysis all checked out, it is safe to come and stay!
